1. Identity and address of the person in charge
Ruth Dalila Salcedo Frías, with trade name Alyra Fasting & Wellness Center, RFC SAFR900804EB4, with contact address at Duque de Rivas 2128, Col. Arcos Vallarta, Guadalajara, Jalisco, C.P. 44130, is responsible for the treatment of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect your personal data through our contact forms, newsletter subscription, and medical form for therapeutic fasting retreats.
Requested data includes: Full name, Date of birth, Height and weight, Blood type, Schooling, Place of birth, Marital status, Family and personal medical history, Tobacco/alcohol/drug consumption, Current or past conditions, Regular medications, Pregnancy or suspicion, and Reason for interest.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is used to: a) Confirm if you are a candidate for therapeutic fasting. b) Facilitate medical and nutritional monitoring during the retreat. c) Prepare clinical records and generate internal statistics to improve wellness programs.
Your data is not used for advertising purposes nor sold to third parties.
4. Sensitive data
Alyra collects and processes sensitive data related to your health and lifestyle habits. These data are handled with strict confidentiality and are only accessible to authorized medical personnel, under a signed confidentiality letter.
5. Data transfers
Personal data is not shared with third parties outside of Alyra, except for the internal medical team (doctor, nutritionist, nurse) participating in your care.
In case of making online payments through Stripe, some basic financial data (such as name and email) may be transferred outside of Mexico, in accordance with the privacy policies of said platform.
6. ARCO Rights
You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) by sending an email to hola@alyra.mx with the subject "ARCO Request".
The message must include your full name, contact method, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. You will receive a response within a maximum of 20 business days.
7. Revocation of consent
At any time you can revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to hola@alyra.mx.
8. Use of cookies
Our website uses cookies and analysis tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to improve user experience. You can configure your browser to reject them.
9. Security and storage
Alyra implements administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data, including secure passwords and restricted access.
Data is stored in its own database and in Google Drive, with limited access to authorized medical personnel.
10. Data conservation
The data will be kept indefinitely, for as long as Alyra maintains operations, unless the owner requests its deletion.
